陈 霞

   陈霞,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。主要从事教学及乳酸菌分子生物学和乳品工艺等方面的研究工作。共发表学术论文23篇(第一作者9篇,SCI收录16篇),授权发明专利3项。曾赴马来西亚、美国、中国等国家参加国际学术会议,并做大会口头报告。
