白梅,博士,讲师,内蒙古鄂尔多斯人。主要从事食品微生物学和乳品工艺学的研究工作。共发表论文19篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者论文8篇,包括2篇SCI、2篇EI和2篇CSCD核心期刊论文,授权国际(日本)发明专利1项。有内蒙古自治区产品质量研究院和呼和浩特市疾病预防控制中心工作经验,参与了2013年-2016年国家食品安全风险监测工作。目前主持国家自然基金青年项目1项,参与1项国家自然科学基金联合基金项目和多项国家自然科学基金项目。担任Food Microbiology (Frontiers in Microbiology and Frontiers in Nutrition)杂志编委。
